Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Teresa Thorne. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Some sale items may be final (will be marked at purchase)

- You’ll receive instructions for returning your item(s)
- Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
- Ship your return using a trackable method
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges:
- Available for items of equal or greater value
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll pay the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately through teresathorne.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
International Returns:
Customers outside New Zealand are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Final Sale Items:
Certain marked items (e.g., clearance) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This will be clearly stated at purchase.
